It is a fact that the new swine flu virus could kill people if not treated properly, so it is but natural for us to make sure we take all the precautionary measures. The question is how soon we can develop the anti-viral drug for it.

The use of oseltamivir or zanamivir is being recommended by the Centers for Disease Control of USA for the treatment and/or the prevention of the new AH1N1 Influenza flu virus. These anti-viral are in the forms of liquid, pills and inhalers. These drugs prevent the influenza virus from keeping multiplying in our bodies. It prevents you from serious complications at the same time it makes you feel better quicker. how fast can this be mass produced for the affected countries? It might take some time before these things can be achieved so it better to have an immediate remedial course of action for each and every one of us. That is, how can we protect ourselves from getting infected with the AH1N1 flu virus?

These are my recommendations on how to prevent the spread out of the swine flu virus:

* Learn all the information about the Swine Flu virus symptoms.
* Call your health care provider if you suspect you or someone from your family has the symptoms.
* Do not mingle with sick people.
* Wash your hands before eating and avoid touching your mouth and eyes.

* Monitor your community's health condition daily.
* Avoid travelling to infected countries if you can.
* Do not sleep late and do not over work.
